My practice holds space for individuals to process their experiences with plant medicine while using therapeutic techniques including somatic experiencing and energy healing.
Somatic Experiencing
Somatic Experiencing (SE) is a body-oriented approach to the treatment of trauma and other mental health struggles.
Brainspotting
Brainspotting locates points in the individual's visual field that helps to access unprocessed trauma in the subcortical brain.
